Step 1: Pay the necessary fee for issuance of the migration certificate

a. If collecting in person: Rs. 500 (Rupees Five Hundred only)
b. If sent by post: Rs. 800 (Rupees Eight Hundred only)

3. Enrollment Academic Session (session in which you joined the university)
4. Degree Undertaken
5. Registration Number
6. Roll Number
7. Contact Phone Number
8. Contact Email Address
9. Fee amount and payment method
10. Date of bank transaction
11. Payment transaction number

After filling up the form, allow us some time to verify your information and payment of fee. You can also email us with the subject “Migration Certificate Form” mentioning that you have filled the form.

Step 3: Verification

After verification, we will email you and ask you to send us a copy of your final semester marksheet along with a screen-grab/photo/image of the migration certificate fee payment transaction. Kindly respond by sending these documents in the same email chain.

Step 4: Final Verification and Issuance

After final verification of your marksheet and status, we will contact you when the migration certificate is ready or mailed (whichever applicable).
